Custodian

Part-Time Custodian Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine cleaning and basic facility upkeep while demonstrating reliability and strong attendance.

Pay Rate & Increases Starting Pay:

$9.50 per hour $0.25 hourly increase every quarter based on satisfactory attendance and job performance Maximum pay rate: $10.50 per hour

Schedule:

Part-time position Monday-Friday Start time between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM Work until all assigned cleaning tasks are completed

Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Dust surfaces and clean windows as needed Restock restroom and cleaning supplies Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and designated workspaces Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required

Attendance Policy:
