Personnel Placements is currently seeking a Janitor for the Newbern, TN area.

Custodian Position Summary:
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment throughout the facility. This includes routine cleaning and upkeep of offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean all offices including dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and trash removal Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and restocking supplies) Maintain breakroom cleanliness (tables, appliances, trash removal) Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Empty trash and recycling bins Restock supplies as needed Clean windows and glass surfaces Report maintenance issues Follow safety guidelines and proper chemical handling Perform deep cleaning as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma preferred Janitorial experience is a plus Ability to work independently Attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Work Environment Indoor facility; may require flexible hours BR3
