Contract Cleaners

Auntie Belham's is hiring Experienced Contract Cleaning Crews We are looking for experienced, responsible Cabin Cleaning Crews that do not need supervision, are trustworthy and take pride in their work. All units are inspected; exceptional cleaning is what we are seeking. Cabins & Chalets range from 1 - 9 Bedrooms, some with multiple levels and are located within Sevier County (Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg area). You will be working 7 days per week most of the time. Requirements Speak Good English 18 years of age or older Previous Contract Cleaning Experience a MUST Valid Tennessee Driver's License Business License Workman's Comp & Liability Insurance We will NOT offer a trial / job unless ALL above requirements are met. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rental homes, interior and exterior Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, etc. Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Collect all trash at cabin to be deposited at office Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within designated time frames Report to the office staff immediately if any damages are observed during cleaning, cabin is found in disarray or guests left something behind Report any needed maintenance repairs on checklist so supervisor can do a request for maintenance to address as needed Clean each cabin in a timely manner using checklist immediately upon guest departure - keeping cabin presentation uniform Crew Leader is expected to check behind their employees Notify office 30 minutes prior to completion of cabin clean This position requires good physical stamina with the ability to walk, bend, kneel, twist & navigate stairs with the ability to clean under beds, furniture and above, below & behind appliances Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness Good physical stamina with the ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation is required for access to rental units Bring Resume to our office (1024 Charlottes Court, Pigeon Forge, 37863), email through Indeed or email to WeRNowHiring at yahoo.com (change the word " at " in the middle to the @ symbol, no spaces).
