Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Short-Term Rental Cleaner, a vital role dedicated to ensuring our properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for new guests. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for transforming each rental into a pristine oasis, providing an exceptional experience for every guest. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas Perform detailed floor care such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and amenities to ensure guest comfort Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and adhering to health guidelines Conduct visual inspections to identify maintenance issues or damages needing attention Manage janitorial tasks efficiently to prepare each property for the next guest with energy and precision Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety procedures accurately Experience with laundry processes and handling linens efficiently Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies is a plus Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating welcoming spaces.
