Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
This job will consist of general cleanup of interior buildings to detail cleaning of final products to customer. Thorough sweeping and cleaning of floors, wiping down piping and conduits, windows, electrical boxes, and dusting off bracing.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
  • Cleaning, vacuuming, wiping, and doodle mopping
  • Removing and disposing of garbage/some material handling
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
  • Stooping/Kneeling
  • Able to lift 35lbs
  • Clean at heights in mechanical lifts
  • Ability to be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day
  • Able to walk on scaffolds/stairs several floors up and down
  • Clean overhead where it will be necessary to look up for extended periods of time
  • ATTIRE IS REQUIRED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
  • Steel toe or composite work boots
  • Must wear a bunny suit
  • Jeans, dickies, or comparable pants (No leggings, yoga pants, stretchy pants, suits, etc.)
  • Safety glasses & hard hats will be provided along with any other PPE Hourly rate: $19/hr.

Starts at 6am and they work a 50/50/60 schedule
