We specialize in short-term rental turnovers and are expanding into recurring residential cleaning services. We are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and consistently deliver high-quality results. What You'll Do Perform short-term rental turnover cleanings Perform recurring residential cleaning services Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client instructions Report property issues, damages, or supply needs when necessary Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet company standards Communicate professionally with the Prime Home Cleaning team Requirements - Please Read Before Applying The following requirements are mandatory: You own your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment You have at least 2 years of cleaning experience You have reliable transportation and can travel throughout Austin and surrounding areas You are legally authorized to work in the United States You are dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented You have a smartphone with internet access Applications that do not meet the first four requirements will not be considered. Compensation Independent Contractor (1099) Paid per project, not hourly Weekly payouts Competitive project-based rates Opportunities for recurring clients and consistent work Referral bonuses available Most contractors earn based on the number and size of projects completed each week.
