Monday-Friday Shift:

6:00 PM- 10:00

PM Duties:

Detailed cleaning of classrooms, church offices, hallways, restrooms What You'll Do Follow a detailed checklist for nightly or daytime janitorial tasks Maintain floors, restrooms, kitchens, windows, and other areas Use our mobile app to clock in/out and report issues Work independently with pride and accountability Who You Are Physically capable of manual labor and being on your feet for hours Personable and professional—comfortable interacting with school and church staff Organized, self-managed, and goal-driven A strong communicator who takes pride in doing the job right Requirements Clean criminal background required Child-safe background screening and training mandatory Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Smartphone with data Willing to comply with safety and conduct expectations in a school/church setting What You're NOT Someone who coasts through the job or cuts corners Unreliable or resistant to feedback Uncomfortable with structure, rules, or systems Our Culture We run a performance-first team.
