This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of residential or commercial facilities by performing cleaning, maintenance, and light repair tasks. As a key team member, you'll ensure that every space is inviting, safe, and ready for occupancy, fostering a positive environment for residents and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobbies, and individual units or spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct janitorial duties such as trash removal, floor care (buffing, mopping, vacuuming), and restroom sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and ensuring facilities are in excellent condition Prepare units or spaces by making them ready for new occupants through cleaning and minor repairs Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors, parking areas, and shared amenities to promote curb appeal and safety Document completed tasks, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure all work areas are organized and safe Support other team members with general custodial responsibilities as needed to ensure efficient operations Requirements Prior experience in custodial work, commercial or industrial cleaning, or janitorial services preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, or general upkeep is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively in various environments Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift Join us in creating clean, welcoming environments that make a difference every day! Pay:
