Position Overview:

Southeast Texas Building Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Custodian to join our team in Beaumont. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments and enjoys working collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial facilities Ensure assigned areas are kept clean, sanitized, and presentable Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Work effectively as part of a team to complete daily tasks Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues as needed

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and high level of dependability Ability to work well with others in a team environment Reliable transportation is required Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred, but not required
