Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, restrooms, hallways, and offices using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with floor care activities including buffing, polishing, and maintaining various flooring types to ensure a polished appearance Support custodial operations by restocking supplies and ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working order Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing minor fixtures, and assisting with general facilities upkeep Support industrial cleaning projects when required, including deep cleaning of large spaces or specialized areas Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation including floor buffing and polishing tools Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and safety protocols beneficial Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean environment Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Join us in creating a safe, spotless environment where everyone feels comfortable and valued!
