Cleaning Technician (Construction Cleaning)

KL Flawless Cleaning Service KL Flawless Cleaning Service is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to perform residential construction cleaning, including rough cleans, final cleans, and touch-ups for builders. Position Summary The Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services on newly constructed homes. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to meeting company and builder standards. Key Responsibilities Perform rough cleans, final cleans, and detail cleaning on residential construction sites Remove dust, debris, and construction residue from all surfaces Clean floors, windows, fixtures, and appliances as required Follow company cleaning checklists and standards Ensure all assigned tasks are completed before leaving the job site Report any issues, damages, or incomplete work to the Lead or Supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Previous cleaning or construction cleaning experience preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Work Environment Residential construction sites Exposure to dust, debris, and varying job site conditions Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement required Compensation & Classification Independent Contractor (1099) Paid Weekly Work availability based on performance and business needs Expectations All work must meet KL Flawless Cleaning Service quality standards Tasks must be completed thoroughly and accurately Missed items or incomplete work may require return visits for correction Consistent quality and reliability will lead to more job opportunities
