Our Service Department is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a porter. The automotive porter has reporting responsibilities to either the Service Manager or the Collision Center Manager. Basic job duties include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the shop, washing & prepping of vehicles.

AUTOMOTIVE PORTER RESPONSIBILITIES

The porter is responsible for timely and efficient exterior washing and rotation of customer vehicles through the Service and/or Collision departments. Cleans all customer owned vehicles according to Sterling standards. Sweeps exterior of the shop daily each morning, removing any accumulated trash and litter. Including keeping shop and parking areas clean. Cleans and performs general interior shop maintenance including sweeping floors, pick up and disposal of trash etc.

AUTOMOTIVE PORTER QUALIFICATIONS

: High School diploma The automotive porter exhibits cooperative approach in dealing with customers and peers. Displays personal initiative in performing duties and responsibilities. Minimum 18 years of age. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position, offering competitive hourly pay, benefits and paid training. Monday- Friday. Must be able to work 40 hours week. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision plans Paid Life Insurance Paid Vacations 401(k)
