Sanitation Associate What You'll Do As a Sanitation Associate, you'll help keep our warehouse and production areas clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll play an important role in maintaining an FDA‑regulated cleanroom environment by cleaning equipment, sanitizing workspaces, and following clear procedures to support our production team. Why This Role Is Great Hands‑on work with clear daily tasks Be part of a team that values safety and cleanliness Fast‑paced environment where your work truly matters Opportunity to work in a regulated, professional facility Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment using approved procedures Perform daily cleaning in production, cleanroom, and warehouse areas Follow FDA sanitation and safety standards at all times Accurately complete cleaning and maintenance logs Assist with general housekeeping, janitorial, and labor tasks as needed Work efficiently while paying close attention to detail Be flexible with work schedules, including split or varied shifts if needed What We're Looking For Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused Comfortable working in a cleanroom or production setting Able to keep up in a fast‑moving environment Willing to follow procedures and document work accurately Work Environment This role is based in an FDA-certified facility with cleanroom-style production areas. All rooms are climate and moisture controlled, with the temperature maintained around 65 degrees year-round. The facility is non-smoking, and team members must be able to work in an environment where dairy and shellfish are present, as allergies to these ingredients are not compatible with the role. Personal protective equipment (PPE), including hair nets, coats, gloves, and booties, is required at all times in designated areas. Team members sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect proprietary supplement recipes and processes. The environment is fast-paced yet structured, with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and adherence to FDA standards, and is open to bilingual or Spanish-only speakers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Buda, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
