Vehicle Porter

Vehicle Porter Hudson Bus Sales is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Vehicle Porter to join our Logistics team. Ensures vehicles are received, inspected, organized, and customer-ready. This role combines hands-on lot maintenance with vehicle quality control and is key to keeping our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Vehicle Receiving & Check-Ins Inspect and receive new buses from manufacturers, noting any issues on delivery paperwork. Record vehicle information, take photos, and send check-in updates to team members. Final Inspections Complete pre-delivery inspections and photographs. Report issues and send final inspection details before customer delivery. Lot Maintenance Start and run all stock buses weekly, logging inspections. Maintain at least ¼ tank fuel levels, jump-start batteries, air tires, and update lot maps. Keep the lot clean, organized, and keys properly managed. Pickups & Deliveries Assist with local deliveries and pickups to customers, vendors, and other HBS locations. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license ( CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement preferred ). Clean driving record. Basic vehicle maintenance ability (jump-starting, inflating tires, fueling). Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with solid written and verbal communication skills. Competitive hourly pay:

$15-$20/hr , based on experience and performance.
