In this vital role, you will serve as a key ambassador for our property, ensuring seamless guest experiences through exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment, managing various operational tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality setting while honing your leadership and custodial skills. Responsibilities Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other needs to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and service entrances Conduct routine custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface cleaning in designated areas Support management in coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring safety protocols are followed Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality service, fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members Skills Proven experience in driving, custodial work, and maintenance. Strong management skills with the ability to handle daily operations effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests alike Demonstrated ability to lead teams with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through energetic service delivery and meticulous custodial care. This role offers an engaging environment where your leadership can shine while contributing to the overall excellence of our hospitality operations. The porter has the responsibility of delivering office mail to several properties. They are to make good use of time to allow for company errands, supply retrieval from local and out of town vendors, and complete a regular schedule of light duty maintenance work and maintain fleet vehicle logs as assigned. See appendix A for specific duties below: Appendix A 1. Essential Job Functions Courier parts and pick up supplies as required. Establish and maintain cooperative-working relationships with those contracted in the course of work. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Recommend and implement goals, objectives, and practices for providing effective and efficient operations. Follow scheduled inter-office mail deliveries to multiple properties. Self-starting, with the ability to complete assignments while frequently being redirected. Understands basic auto maintenance, identifies and arranges proper minor repairs of vehicles. Knowledge of record keeping, reporting procedures. Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. Maintain fleet vehicle logs as assigned Possess a valid driver's License and good driving 2. Member/Team Relations

  • Must support all programs and initiatives that have been communicated from the management team. 4. Planning, Organization and Administration

  • Ensure the supplies needed to operate are properly stocked.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work station that is member ready. 5. Employment Policies/Safe Work Environment
  • Report all accidents to your supervisor immediately.
  • Take pride in the work space and report all damage or vandalism to club property.
  • Report all safety hazards to your supervisor.
  • Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook.
  • Follow all departmental rules communicated by your supervisor. 6. Job Qualifications
  • GED
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
  • Highly motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs
  • Ability to stand on feet for extended period of time 7.
Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; climb ladders/stairs/work at height; and use hands to handle or feel. The employee is required to sit and reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee must have the ability to multi-task and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
