Commercial Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance Conduct janitorial and custodial services with attention to detail, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards Maintain supplies by monitoring inventory levels and restocking cleaning products and equipment as needed Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning projects or specialized maintenance tasks in large-scale facilities Assist with light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs to support overall facility upkeep Document completed tasks and report any issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction Experience with general facilities maintenance or porter duties is advantageous Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety protocols required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills necessary for completing multiple tasks efficiently Join our team as a Commercial Cleaning Technician and be part of a vibrant environment dedicated to excellence in facility maintenance.
