Overview of the Role Magic Helpers is the premier partner for luxury short-term rental and commercial cleaning, recognized across Texas for our commitment to hotel-level standards and 5-star precision. We are currently expanding our specialized services in the Houston market and seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Independent Contract Cleaners (1099). This unique opportunity focuses on maintaining the flawless, show-ready environment of model and spec homes for a luxury home builder. Unlike standard residential or construction cleaning, this role is a specialized "presentation reset" designed to ensure every home feels untouched and perfectly staged for potential buyers. The Scope of Work As a presentation reset specialist, your primary responsibility is to apply a "magic touch" to every property. This involves a light but highly repeatable set of tasks including polishing entry glass, dusting surfaces and staging décor, and ensuring all floors are immaculate. You will also maintain lightly used kitchens and bathrooms to ensure they remain in showroom condition. Every shift concludes with a final walkthrough to guarantee that first-impression areas, particularly entryways, meet our rigorous standards for buyer readiness.
