Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of property, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing residents' linens and clothing. Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by cleaning appliances, fixtures, and countertops thoroughly. Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and stored properly after each shift. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' cleaning requests promptly and professionally. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for yourself and residents. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and effective cleaning techniques across various surfaces. Ability to perform detailed floor care including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Experience with laundry operations and handling household chores efficiently. Familiarity with hotel or custodial experience is a plus for understanding high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
