Job Description

Power Washing Technician — Corpus Christi, TX About Us Broocks Performance Services, LLC (BPS) is a fast-growing power washing and environmental cleanup company serving major waste-management clients. We specialize in fleet washing, compactor pad cleaning, oil spill response, water reclamation, and industrial site cleaning. As we expand our operations into Corpus Christi, we're building a new local crew and pride ourselves on professionalism, safety, and delivering reliable, high-quality service to every customer. Position Summary We're seeking motivated Power Washing Technicians to join our growing Corpus Christi operations team. This role involves operating professional power washing equipment, cleaning heavy trucks and equipment, traveling to multiple job sites, and assisting with environmental cleanup tasks. Technicians meet at our Corpus Christi location daily and ride with a crew in a company vehicle to each job site. Key Responsibilities Operate commercial pressure washing equipment (surface cleaners, wands, pumps, trailers, hoses, reclaim systems) Complete fleet washing, pad cleaning, residential and commercial cleaning, and industrial site services Assist with oil spill response, absorbent application, boom placement, and water reclamation tasks Perform daily equipment inspections (oil, pump fluid, hoses, lights, safety gear) Follow strict BPS safety procedures and PPE standards Maintain organization and cleanliness of vehicles, trailers, and equipment Document work performed through photos, checklists, and job logs Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including South Texas summer heat and coastal humidity Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and management Support additional tasks as needed to ensure operational success Qualifications Driver's License and clean driving record (required) Reliable transportation to and from the Corpus Christi shop (required) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Experience driving a truck while pulling a trailer is a plus Mechanical background or mechanical aptitude is a plus Must be comfortable working outside year-round, including summer heat and humidity Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor daily Must be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as required Must be willing to meet at the Corpus Christi location and ride with a crew to multiple job sites each day Experience in pressure washing, waste-management yards, or similar industrial environments is a bonus, but not required — BPS will train the right candidate

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
