Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to ensure floors maintain a professional appearance Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to uphold high standards of presentation Execute custodial duties including trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and reporting larger issues for resolution Support industrial cleaning projects when required, including deep cleaning of large areas or specialized equipment Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Knowledge of custodial practices for maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic environments Ability to operate cleaning machinery including buffers and floor scrubbers effectively Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks and basic repair procedures is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are eager to contribute to clean, safe environments.
