The ideal candidate will have experience working with small engines, pumps, electrical components, and related equipment. This position requires strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Bilingual is a plus. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair pressure washers, exterior wash systems, pumps, burners, and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on gas, diesel, and electric-powered pressure washing units. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel issues. Replace worn or damaged components, including pumps, hoses, valves, regulators, and belts. Conduct equipment inspections and maintain accurate service records. Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and safety standards. Assist customers with equipment operation, maintenance recommendations, and troubleshooting. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of mechanical repair experience. Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a shop and job sites. Preferred Experience repairing industrial pressure washers or cleaning equipment. Welding and fabrication experience. Familiarity with hot-water pressure washer systems and burner assemblies.
