Janitorial Technician (Part-Time)

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Janitorial Route Driver to service commercial accounts in the Denton, Texas area 2 days per week. Candidates must reside in Denton or the immediate surrounding area. This autonomous role requires utilizing your own vehicle to transport supplies and deliver high-quality commercial cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities Route Driving:

Safely commute between scheduled Denton accounts using your personal vehicle to transport required cleaning supplies and equipment.

Commercial Cleaning:

Execute general janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping/mopping commercial floors.

Restroom Sanitation:

Deep-clean and sanitize commercial restrooms, including disinfecting fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks), cleaning mirrors, and restocking paper products/soap.

Security & Logistics:

Securely manage facility keys/access codes, lock up buildings post-service, and track/report low supply inventories.

Position Requirements Location:

Must live in Denton, TX or the immediate surrounding area (e.g., Corinth, Krum, Sanger, Argyle).

Vehicle & Licensing:

Must have a reliable personal vehicle, valid Texas Driver's License, and current auto insurance.

Physical Capacity:

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs consistently. Comfort working independently during off-hours.

Experience:

Janitorial, commercial cleaning, or route experience preferred.

Pay:

$150.00 per day
