El objetivo es mantener nuestro edificio en condiciones limpias y ordenada. We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our office. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Limpiar y suministre las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, aspirar, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.) Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Realizar y documentar las actividades de inspección y mantenimiento de rutina. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Notificar con administracion sobre las deficiencias que se produzcan o las necesidades de reparación. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Abastecer y mantener salas de suministro. Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperar con el resto del personal. Cooperate with the rest of the staff Siga todas las normas de salud y seguridad. Follow all health and safety regulations Limpie todas las ventanas y todas las puertas de vidrio.
