Basic Function :
To perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facilities looking perfect and to exceed the expectations of our customers.
MUST :
Pass Drug Test, Background check & Fingerprinting Key Responsibilities and duties: Sweep and mop floors Sweep and mop stairs Clean Stair handrails Vacuum all carpeting Gather and dispose of trash from restrooms, offices and other work areas Clean and sanitize toilets, basins and urinals Clean mirrors, counters and sink Spot clean walls and doors Restock toiletries in restroom dispensers Dust equipment and fixtures Keep cleaning supplies in stock Must follow and adhere company's and safety policies in the work place Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs Perform additional duties as assigned Maintain a professional image by wearing uniform Provide clients with exceptional customer service Must maintain a positive attitude with coworkers, customers and management Must arrive on time at job site
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school graduate or GED preferred. Minimum of 1-year experience in the janitorial or cleaning service industry Have the ability to read and communicate in English Have a working knowledge of basic cleaning equipment Physical ability to lift and handle equipment up to 35 pounds Ability to manage time efficiently Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning and other janitorial work Maintain a professional image at all times
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required. Some college experience preferred.
