We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who take pride in doing quality work and want to grow with a company that rewards effort, professionalism, and performance. This is an active, hands-on position where you'll work outdoors providing professional window cleaning and pressure washing services at homes and businesses. No experience is required—we provide paid, on-site training and will teach you everything you need to become a skilled technician. If you have a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic, we'll provide the rest. Our technicians use professional-grade equipment, including traditional window cleaning tools, water-fed pole systems, and commercial pressure washing equipment while delivering exceptional customer service at every job. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a team that values professionalism, respect, and accountability. What You'll Do Residential and commercial window cleaning Residential and commercial pressure washing Operate professional window cleaning and pressure washing equipment Work safely on ladders and around job sites Travel to customer locations throughout the DFW Metroplex Deliver exceptional customer service Maintain a clean, professional appearance Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds and climbing ladders Reliable transportation Willingness to travel throughout the DFW Metroplex Previous window cleaning or pressure washing experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer $150-$350+ per day (performance-based pay) Paid, on-site training All professional equipment and tools provided Performance reviews with opportunities for pay increases Clear advancement opportunities into Crew Lead and leadership roles Supportive, team-oriented work environment A growing company where hard work is recognized and rewarded Schedule Typical work hours are 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Work is available throughout the week, with two scheduled days off each week We offer flexible scheduling and will work with employees whenever possible to accommodate preferred days off while meeting business needs Is This Job Right for You?
