Independent Contractor Pay:

$750-$1,100 weekly commissions ( avg. 2 jobs per day)

About Us:

Vivid Services is a growing home exterior cleaning company specializing in residential & commercial window cleaning , pressure washing , and gutter cleaning . We're expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our service crew as we take on more residential and upcoming commercial work across the DFW area.

What You'll Do:

Clean residential windows inside and out, including sills, tracks, and screens Use professional-grade equipment, including Xero Water-fed Poles & Traditional Mop & Squeegee for exterior/interior cleaning. Perform pressure washing and occasional gutter cleaning. Conduct pre- and post-job walkarounds with customers to ensure satisfaction Use our software to manage job details and complete invoices on-site. Provide friendly, respectful service to homeowners. Safely and efficiently complete 1-5 jobs per day.

Pay Structure:

You'll earn on average $750-$1,100 weekly . Most crew members will comlete 2+ jobs per day , with opportunities to earn more as we grow into larger commercial projects, as well as, Team Lead and other career path opportunities!
