Coast to Coast Distribution LLC is a membership-only retail warehouse that focuses on convenience store member sales but is also open to the public. CCD sells most of its merchandise in bulk and directly off pallets. In this role, youll be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure our facilities are always tidy and ready for business. Being reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented is essential, as the ideal candidate will have experience using janitorial equipment and performing general cleaning tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and manual dexterity. You will make a HUGE impact by: Ensuring the facility is spotless and inviting for members, contributing to a seamless customer experience. Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized environment, helping the entire team succeed in providing excellent service.

Primary Responsibilities:

General cleaning of the building, keeping it maintained and in excellent condition. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in offices, breakrooms, and smaller areas. Operating large floor scrubbers for the warehouse and larger areas. Cleaning and stocking restrooms. Securing doors and ensuring the facility is locked after hours. Cleaning up spills with the appropriate equipment. Performing minor repairs as needed and notifying supervisors of major repair needs. Regularly collecting and disposing of trash. Completing tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Keeping cleaning supplies stocked and organized. Collaborating with contract cleaning services as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Constant standing and walking for extended periods of time. Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
