This includes grounds work, make readies, minor repairs, and more.

Responsibilities:

Remove trash and debris in public areas and vacant units Surface cleaning Grounds keeping - moving lawns, hedges, clearing snow and ice Make ready vacant apartments Painting Light maintenance duties - changing light bulbs, restocking cleaning supplies, unclogging drains, etc.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks Ability to operate and use heavy machinery Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
