As a Cleaning Team Member, you will help create safe, hygienic, and inviting spaces. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that every area meets our high standards of cleanliness. Duties Must pass background check Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure they are spotless and sanitized. Have reliable transportation Use appropriate cleaning tools and products safely and effectively to maintain hygiene standards. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency. Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting supplies throughout the shift. Flexibility to work various shifts. Prior experience is a plus but training will be provided. Participates in creating a pristine environment where everyone feels comfortable and cared for!
