Pressure Washer Operator

Job Description Lonestar PHE Services LLC is hiring a reliable and hardworking Pressure Washer Operator to support our industrial cleaning operations. This role focuses on cleaning plate heat exchangers (PHEs), and process equipment in industrial and commercial environments. This is a hands-on position requiring physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Operate high-pressure washing equipment safely and effectively Clean heat exchangers. Set up and break down job sites (hoses, pumps, nozzles, containment, etc.) Inspect surfaces and equipment to determine proper cleaning methods Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and environmental guidelines Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment Work as part of a team to complete jobs on time Document completed work and report issues or safety concerns Requirements Ability to work in physically demanding environments (outdoors, industrial sites, confined spaces at times) Strong work ethic and attention to safety Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Preferred Experience (Not Required) Pressure washing or industrial cleaning Oilfield, plant, or refinery work Experience with heat exchangers or similar equipment Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime On-the-job training and skill development Career growth in industrial services Schedule Monday to Friday Overtime and weekends as needed Work Location On the road / Various job sites Apply Today Join Lonestar PHE Services LLC and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality industrial cleaning services while maintaining a strong safety culture.
