Job Description
Waco Hydro Wash is seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and hardworking Lead Pressure Wash Technician to join our company. • Please note: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are absolute requirements for this position. In this role, you will travel independently to client locations throughout McLennan County to pressure wash fleet vehicles, homes, and commercial properties. We need someone reliable, mechanically inclined, and ready to take ownership of their workday. A Day in the
Life:
Independent Fieldwork:
Drive and operate a wash truck to customer locations, managing your own pace and schedule for the day.Precision Washing:
Perform on-site pressure washing and soft washing of semi-trucks, construction equipment, and commercial/residential properties.Chemical & Equipment Management:
Mix and apply cleaning solutions safely, and utilize brushes, sponges, and other tools to achieve a thorough clean.Truck & Rig Upkeep:
Responsible for fueling, stocking chemicals for the next day, and overall maintenance of the wash truck and rig.On-the-Job Troubleshooting:
Perform regular maintenance on wash machines. If a part breaks or a mechanical issue arises mid-job, you'll be the go-to person to repair or replace parts on the fly to keep things moving. We're Looking forSomeone Who:
Has aClean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License:
This is a must. You will be operating company vehicles and equipment rigs daily.Is Exceptionally Punctual:

You will be working on your own most of the time. We need to trust you to handle jobs independently while maintaining the high-quality standards that keep our customers happy.Is Mechanically Inclined:
You are good at troubleshooting, fixing things as needed, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty repairing equipment.Is Weather-Resilient:
Enjoys and is capable of working outdoors in various Central Texas weather conditions.Meets Physical & Legal Requirements:
No criminal record. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.Is Flexible:
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional nighttime work.Compensation & Hours:
Hourly toCommission Structure:
Pay starts at $20.00/hour for a 3-month probationary period. After 3 months, based on your performance, we will transition you to a percentage-of-the-job basis . This allows you to directly benefit from your hard work and feel truly invested in our small business!Hours:
Average of about 35 hours per week . Because we are an outdoor business, exact hours can vary depending on the weather.Schedule:
