Maintain high standards of cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners to ensure optimal results. Assist with light maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or minor repairs to keep facilities in excellent condition. Follow safety protocols and use proper cleaning chemicals to ensure a healthy environment for all occupants. Support custodial duties during special projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure all assigned areas meet quality standards efficiently. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
