Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing environment for children. This role involves caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, fostering their development through engaging activities and ensuring their well-being throughout the day. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among children Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility Collaborate with team members to create a supportive learning atmosphere Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Skills First aid certification is preferred Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong background in early childhood education, including preschool experience Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices Proven experience working with children in various capacities such as childcare, nannying, or babysitting Familiarity with classroom management techniques Ability to provide effective behavior management strategies Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff Join us in making a difference in the lives of young children by providing them with the care and education they deserve!
