This position involves cleaning exterior windows and pressure washing residential and commercial properties. Ideal candidates are physically capable, self-motivated, and take pride in delivering spotless results. No experience? No problem — full training and equipment provided. Responsibilities Clean exterior & interior windows on residential and commercial properties Pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, siding, fences, and other exterior surfaces Softwash roofs, gutters, and delicate surfaces using low-pressure chemical cleaning methods Safely operate extension poles, squeegees, ladders, and pressure washing equipment Maintain and care for equipment between jobs Communicate professionally with clients on-site Requirements Reliable personal vehicle Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently Punctual, dependable, and coachable Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Willingness to follow safety procedures and company standards Exterior cleaning experience is a plus — not required Skills Window cleaning or pressure washing knowledge preferred Physical stamina — lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Attention to detail — quality results on every job Time management — run jobs efficiently and on schedule Professional communication — represent the company well with every client Why Join Us?
