We're seeking individuals with experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work who take pride in creating a well‑maintained environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy a consistently positive experience. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and upkeep throughout the club, including restrooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, and shared spaces. Complete floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Handle custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to support a hygienic facility. Assist with commercial and industrial cleaning projects while following all safety procedures. Inspect, use, and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure proper operation. Support occasional residential‑style painting projects to enhance the club's appearance. Work collaboratively with the team to address maintenance needs and uphold cleanliness standards. Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of general facilities maintenance practices. Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience. Familiarity with floor care equipment and techniques, including buffing and polishing. Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety guidelines. Basic painting skills are a plus. Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
