We're looking for individuals with experience in custodial work or facility upkeep who take pride in maintaining a well‑organized, polished environment. Your work directly supports the positive experience our members expect. Key Duties Maintain cleanliness throughout the club, including restrooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, and shared spaces. Perform floor‑care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, buffing, and polishing to keep surfaces in top condition. Handle daily custodial responsibilities like trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing high‑touch areas. Assist with larger commercial or industrial cleaning projects while following all safety procedures. Inspect and care for cleaning equipment, reporting any issues promptly. Contribute to occasional painting or touch‑up projects to keep the facility looking its best. Work closely with the team to address maintenance needs and uphold cleanliness standards. Qualifications Background in facilities maintenance or custodial services. Experience in commercial cleaning environments preferred. Knowledge of floor‑care equipment and techniques, including buffing and polishing. Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain an organized workspace. Basic familiarity with residential painting is helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
