This position supports daily building operations by ensuring common areas, restrooms, exterior grounds, and tenant spaces remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including sidewalks, parking lots, and entrywaysReport maintenance issues, safety hazards, vandalism, or damages to management promptlyAssist with building inspections and special cleaning projectsSupport tenant requests and provide excellent customer service when interacting with occupants and visitorsOperate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and pressure washers safelyFollow company safety policies and OSHA guidelinesAssist maintenance/engineer staff with minor tasks as directedQualificationsMust possess a valid driver's license, maintain proof of insurance, and have reliable transportation.
Previous porter, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and reliabilityGood communication and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferredPosition requires verbal and written English communication sufficient to perform essential job functionsPhysical RequirementsStanding, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periodsAbility to push carts and operate cleaning machineryAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shiftAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWork EnvironmentCommercial office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, or mixed-use facilitiesExposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment noise may occurThis is a multi-site position requiring travel between assigned commercial properties within the DFW Metroplex (approximately 180 miles per week). Monthly reimbursement available)

$18.00- $20.00 per hourMonday through Friday
