Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals for the Graveyard Shift (midnight-8am) at our gym. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a quieter environment during late-night hours and are passionate about fitness and customer service. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our gym remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all members during the overnight hours. Duties Monitor gym facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. Assist members with questions or concerns, providing excellent customer service. Conduct regular checks of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, restocking as necessary. Enforce gym policies and procedures to create a positive environment for all users. Prepare the gym for opening by ensuring all areas are clean and equipment is set up properly. Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the shift. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with members and staff. Attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during late-night hours. Basic knowledge of fitness equipment operation and maintenance is a plus. Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
