Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently while ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including common areas, restrooms, and parking lots. Assist with the movement of vehicles, including driving manual transmission vehicles when necessary. Providing customer service to prospective buyers by bringing vehicles to them Assist in pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles and parts Cleaning the interiors and exteriors of vehicles Performing maintenance tasks, such as topping off vehicle fluids and ensuring vehicles have fuel Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Experience Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus but not required. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently is advantageous.
