Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain a clean and professional workspace. This part-time role requires approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing office areas, restrooms, and common spaces; vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Candidates must have prior cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming office spaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas to maintain high standards of hygiene. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain floors through buffing and floor care techniques to ensure they are clean and presentable. Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed to ensure that necessary supplies are always available for maintaining cleanliness. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all cleaning activities. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members when necessary. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to office maintenance and cleaning techniques.
