Are you looking for an opportunity to start a career with a growing company? Family Powersports is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Porter/Detailers . This is a great entry-level position with opportunities to learn the powersports industry and advance your career. If you enjoy working around motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, boats, and other powersports equipment while being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to meet you! Position Summary The Porter/Detailer is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the service department by cleaning vehicles, moving units safely throughout the dealership, and helping keep the shop clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Move motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, boats, and other units throughout the dealership safely and efficiently. Clean and detail customer and inventory units to dealership standards. Wash, dry, polish, and prepare units for customer delivery. Assist service technicians by staging and moving units as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service shop and dealership grounds. Dispose of trash and debris and assist with general housekeeping duties. Keep work areas stocked with necessary cleaning supplies and materials. Follow all company safety procedures and dealership policies. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with excellent attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, or boats is a plus (training available). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
