We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. Must be available evenings and be able to travel to sites. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities Must be able to travel to Melissa, McKinney, Prosper, Frisco Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct detailed floor care activities. Handle custodial tasks in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-maintained. Execute specialized cleaning procedures for industrial facilities, including equipment sanitation and debris removal. Support facilities maintenance by reporting repair needs or safety hazards promptly to ensure continuous operational efficiency. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of equipment in accordance with safety standards. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential environments. Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuum, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy supplies or equipment throughout shifts.
