Full Job Description Shift :

Monday through Friday from 4pm to 12:30am Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Cleaner for the 2nd shift to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves supervising cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and leading a team of janitorial staff. As a Lead Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties Supervise daily cleaning activities to ensure all areas meet company standards for cleanliness and safety Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies Coordinate cleaning schedules to optimize coverage during the 2nd shift while minimizing disruptions Conduct inspections of work completed to verify quality and adherence to hygiene standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance Oversee laundry operations when applicable, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens or uniforms Document operational activities through reports and logs, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles with strong knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures Supervising or leadership experience in janitorial or housekeeping environments Management skills with the ability to coordinate teams effectively and delegate tasks confidently Familiarity with laundry operations within hospitality or hotel settings is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills to manage supplies, schedules, and quality control measures Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions and foster teamwork Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us as a Lead Cleaner to make a meaningful impact by creating pristine environments that promote safety and comfort.
