Role Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the facility. This role is heavily focused on keeping gym equipment clean, sanitized, and presentation-ready at all times, along with supporting overall facility upkeep. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all gym equipment consistently throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas (training floors, locker rooms, bathrooms, entryways) Restock supplies (paper towels, cleaning solutions, toiletries, etc.) Ensure floors, mirrors, and surfaces are spotless and presentable Assist with general facility upkeep and deep cleaning tasks as needed Identify and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues proactively What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail—nothing gets overlooked High standards for cleanliness and organization Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and consistent Positive attitude and team-first mindset Previous cleaning or gym experience is a plus, but not required Why Alphaland Be part of a high-energy, performance-driven environment Work in a top-tier facility with a strong team culture Opportunity for growth within operations Expectation This is not a "basic cleaning" role—this is about maintaining an elite-level environment.
