Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Pressure Washing Technician to join our field team. You will operate commercial cold water pressure washing systems, surface cleaners, high pressure 25' extendable wands and soft-wash equipment to clean driveways, sidewalks, and commercial buildings and properties. Prep for site cleaning may included trash removal, sweeping, blowing etc. We are routinely on commerical construction job site requiring PPE.

Key Responsibilities Service Delivery:

Perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including trash removal, concrete cleaning, and window rinsing. All jobs are documented in app based platform (Company Cam).

Equipment Prep:

Maintain and operate commercial pressure washing rigs, ensuring hoses, pumps, and nozzles are working properly.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all OSHA and EPA standards, including proper chemical dilution (surfactants/degreasers) and wastewater management.

Site Protection:

Safeguard landscaping, exterior light fixtures, and electrical panels before washing begins.

Client Interaction:

Review completed jobs with clients to ensure 100% satisfaction. Follow all construction site rules and regulations

Qualifications Experience:

1+ years of experience in power washing, commercial cleaning, or related trades preferred (but on-the-job training is available for the right candidate).

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (you will be driving company trucks). Prior experience driving a trailer is required. Be able to be insurable. Drug and background check

Physical Fitness:

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions (heat, humidity, etc.).

Reliability:
