Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across all areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Maintain restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met consistently. Operate janitorial equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and procedures. Support facility upkeep by organizing storage areas and ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. Collaborate with team members to complete routine inspections and ensure all custodial tasks meet company standards. Requirements Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments preferred. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently during scheduled daytime hours with reliability and punctuality. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if necessary.
