Janitor / Production Support (Floater)

We're looking for a reliable Janitor/Sanitation Worker to help keep our facility spotless, safe, and compliant with food manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize production floors, breakrooms, offices, restrooms, and warehouse areas Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, pressure washers) Follow sanitation and safety protocols (GMPs, HACCP, FDA, etc.) Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals. Remove trash and materials regularly Refill sanitation and PPE supplies as needed Assist with deep cleaning during production shutdowns or maintenance days Report any maintenance issues, spills, or safety concerns to the supervisor Requirements Prior janitorial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience (especially in food manufacturing) is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in hot, humid, or cold environments Familiarity with food safety standards or willingness to be trained (preferable) Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights or weekends (if required) Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development
