Being able to complete multiple final cleans on apartments every day Handle chemical agents safely for cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment while adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning restrooms, common areas, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services. Familiarity with chemical agents used in cleaning and the proper handling procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently using correct manual handling practices. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards on construction sites. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding environments while adhering to safety protocols.
