We are looking for dependable, professional technicians with experience in: Residential Window Cleaning Pressure Washing Gutter Cleaning This is a commission-based position for experienced cleaning professionals who are comfortable working independently at residential homes while providing excellent customer service. Compensation is performance-based and paid weekly through direct deposit.

Starting compensation:

40% commission on completed jobs This is a residential service position only. Professionalism, honesty, reliability, communication, and quality workmanship are extremely important. Duties Residential window cleaning (inside and outside) Screen cleaning and track cleaning Residential gutter cleaning Residential pressure washing Safely using ladders and exterior cleaning equipment Communicating professionally with homeowners Arriving on time to scheduled jobs Maintaining professional appearance and conduct at customer homes Completing work thoroughly and efficiently Following company procedures and service standards Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

— experienced applicants only Previous residential window cleaning experience preferred Pressure washing and gutter cleaning experience preferred Must be comfortable working on ladders and at heights Must have reliable transportation Vehicle must be clean and unmarked Professional, clean-cut appearance required Strong customer service and communication skills Must be dependable and punctual Must be authorized to work in the United States Must pass criminal background screening Clean criminal history preferred Must be able to work outdoors in Texas weather Compensation & Schedule Commission-based pay Starting at 40% commission Weekly pay through direct deposit Full-time opportunities available Steady residential work throughout DFW Important We are looking for long-term, dependable professionals who take pride in their work and represent the company professionally inside customers' homes.
