About the role We are looking to add a Custodian to our growing Administration Department. This is an onsite role at our Rockdale, Texas location. This position will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Essential Functions Performs routine cleaning functions specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on seasonal/project requirements such as disposal of trash, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, stock and organize supplies, and maintaining custodial equipment in a clean and orderly manner. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Clean windows and sanitizing office surfaces daily. Periodically perform deep cleaning and special projects. Performs other related duties as required. Traveling to other sites as needed. Education and Experience Previous custodial experience preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment. Ability to read, understand, follow safety procedures. Ability to understand written and verbal communications. Time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality due to access to office spaces.
